Introduction to Forest Bathing In-Person
Join April Claxton, Among the Trees pnw, for an intro to Forest Bathing. This is a slow walk with guided exercises using our sense to connect to the forest. Most of our time together will be spent in silence. This event will be held at Berthusen Park in Lynden
