Tech Help Hour

Need support with a technological issue? Looking for help with your phone, computer, or other device? Call the Sumas Library at (360) 988-2501 to schedule a 30-minute one-on-one appointment with staff on Saturdays, 3:00-4:00 p.m.

Here are some examples of topics covered:

  • Downloading, streaming, or accessing WCLS digital resources
  • Basic computer, tablet, e-reader, or smartphone skills
  • Setting up and using email
  • Basic word processing and spreadsheet questions
  • Library catalog and online resources

The following topics are examples of what is beyond the scope of this basic service:

  • Diagnosing and fixing hardware problems
  • Recovering lost data, reconfigurations, or factory resets
  • Removing viruses or setting up device security
