To further the WCLS mission to connect information, ideas and community, WCLS provides access to its meeting spaces on a first-come, first served basis to as many patrons as possible. Library-sponsored programs will have preference.
Reservations may be made no more than 24 weeks in advance and are limited to one per week for groups of four or more people.
Meeting rooms may be used for either commercial or non-commercial use. Fees may apply if the meeting or event charges admission or fees, sells tickets or other items, solicits donations, or promotes a commercial business.
Please see our Meeting Room Use procedure and fee schedule to determine if the library is right for your meeting. If you would like to book a space, be sure to include any buffer time for set up and tear down. Contact the library branch directly with questions.
