DESCRIPTION:REGARDING THE LIVESTREAM OPTION:\n\nIf you want to view the 
 event virtually and in real time\, we now have a livestream option. After 
 you register using the button below\, you will be sent a reminder email 2 
 days prior to the event that will contain a link to the livestream\, and 
 another email on the day of the event that will contain the link to the 
 livestream. The recorded video will be available for 30 days following the 
 event for anyone who registers. \n\nRegistration to attend the livestream 
 closes at 4pm PST on Friday\, March 13. \n\n*Registering at the link below 
 DOES NOT REGISTER YOU FOR THE IN-PERSON EVENT AT MOUNT BAKER THEATRE. It

 inscripción".\n\nJoin us for the culminating event in the 2026 Whatcom 
 READS author event series with Javier Zamora. He will be in conversation 
 with former Washington State poet laureate\, Claudia Castro Luna. At the 
 end of the event\, he will announce the Whatcom READS 2027 
 selection!\n\nBushwick Northwest will open the event with original music 
 composed by local musicians and inspired by themes from Solito. \n\nMount 
 Baker Theatre requires a security bag check for every performance. Outside 
 food and beverages are not permitted. Weapons of any kind (including mace 
 or pepper spray) are strictly prohibited. Personal water bottles are 
 allowed but must be empty before entering the building.\n\nLocation: Mount
