"The Waters Are Rising" with author Carl Crouse
In November 2021, Sumas, WA was devastated by catastrophic flooding. When the church he had led for decades suddenly became ground zero for disaster response efforts, retired pastor and long-time Sumas resident Carl Crouse found himself in a unique position to hear the stories of both responders and those affected by the flood. Through images, interviews, and anecdotes, Carl shares the emotional impact of the flood and its aftermath.
