Gentle Chair Yoga
Wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and join instructor Susan Royal. This class can benefit experienced yogis, senior citizens, those struggling with joint pain, or anyone who has hesitated to try yoga because of the challenge of doing standing poses or getting up and down from the floor.
