Turn Your Pantry into a Medicine Cabinet: Kitchen Medicine for Coughs and Colds In-Person
Join Dr. David Zamechek and learn how to turn your pantry into a medicine cabinet for the
common cold. He will teach you how to use things like honey, vinegar herbs and spices for
prevention and treatment. You’ll learn the basics of herbal medicine for cough and cold
including demos and optional tasting. Dr. David has been teaching herbal medicine since 2010
and is passionate about sharing this knowledge with the community.
