Jokes reign supreme at the Friends of the Point Roberts Library Annual Joke Telling Contest. Tell your best joke for a chance towin and get your name on the prestigious Ha-Ha Cup. Adults only (no kids in attendance, sorry). Held at the Point Roberts Community Center. Snacks and soda provided.
