Crawling Into Dreams with Erin Libby

Artist Erin Libby is best described as a surrealist, fantasist or magic realist. She doesn’t fit into neat categories. Her long career includes painting, commercial toy design, sculpting, animation and illustration. Her paintings are by turns evocative, comic, adorable, mythical and slightly disturbing. She has also painted portraits and designed, created or sculpted many commercially successful dolls and toys.
