Drop by the Ferndale Library on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., to learn about the WA Cares Fund, how it works, and who can qualify. Northwest Regional Council is a local agency that provides support for older adults, adults with disabilities, and caregivers in Island, San Juan, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties.
