Digital Literacy at the Library In-Person

Whatcom County Library System, the Whatcom Literacy Council, and Evergreen Goodwill's Digital Equity Bus have teamed up to bring digital literacy classes to the library. In each class, you will use your basic computer skills and learn how to find online information and resources. Topics covered include:

  • Setting up email
  • Online safety and security
  • Finding reliable information (information literacy)
  • Career search skills
  • Accessing telehealth appointments 
  • Zoom or ChatGPT/AI

Come practice with a trained instructor in a safe and comfortable space. Some experience needed. 
Space is limited; registration is required to secure a spot. We recommend registering for all eight classes in the series, but patrons may join at any time throughout the eight-week session.
