Poultices, Compresses, and Infused Oils: A Hands-On Herbal Medicine Class  In-Person

Come learn about herbal medicine in this fun and informative hands-on class.  We will identify a variety of common medicinal plants that can be easily grown in a garden or found locally growing wild.  Then we will explore ways to apply this plant medicine topically, including poultice and compress demonstrations. You can make an infused oil to take home with you, complete with instructions.

Sonia Wollin has been a practicing community herbalist since 2010, helping people connect with herbal medicine, foods, self-care, and lifestyle choices that nourish each unique individual. Find out more about Sonia at soniawollin.com
