Trick or Treat on the Berm
Get dressed in your best costume and head to the library for tricks, treats and a whole lot of fun. Friends of Birch Bay Library will be handing out treat bags. Try your hand at our giant Operation Game. Birch Bay Library staff will host Spooky Trivia from 4:00-5:00 p.m. Join our custom contest and walk the runway, get your picture taken, and strike a pose to win the coveted People's Choice Award.
