Drop by the Ferndale Library on the 2nd Tuesday of the month 10am-2pm to learn about the WA Cares Fund, how it works and who can qualify. Northwest Regional Council is a local agency that provides support for older adults, adults with disabilities, and caregivers in Island, San Juan, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties.
