Advanced Care Planning Workshop with NW Regional Council In-Person
Advance Care Planning (ACP) is a process that involves learning about and documenting important decisions for how we would want to be cared for in the event of a serious illness or medical event. In this workshop, learn from trained facilitators how ACP is a gift to your loved ones and ensure that your wishes are honored. Even if you are currently healthy, every person 18 and over should have an Advance Directive!
