It's Derby Day in Birch Bay. The Friends of the Birch Bay Library have a full day of events planned! Get moving at the Fun Run & Walk, play yard games and participate in crafts, enjoy a Storytime, shop the last Book Sale of the summer, and enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast. 

FUN RUN & WALK

Start the morning by getting your steps in walking or running in the 2nd Annual Love Your Library Fun Run! All ages and abilities are welcome to participate (as well as friendly dogs on short leashes). Registration is $25 and includes a T-shirt and bib. Sizes for the shirts are first-come, first-served. To sign up, complete the registration below, then follow the link to pay your registration fee. 

5K REGISTRATION FEE

The Fun Run will start at Cottonwood Beach, move down along the Berm, turn around at Lora Lane, and finish back up at Cottonwood Beach.
Check-in and day-of registration take place from 8:00-9:00 a.m. at Cottonwood Beach. The race begins at 9:00 a.m. 

BREAKFAST, BOOK SALE & FUN

Continue your fun at the Birch Bay Vogt Library Express with a delicious breakfast (pancakes, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, coffee and juice), Storytime, yard games, crafts and our last book sale of the summer.
