Traditional Preservation Methods with Celt Schira In-Person

Preserve foods with vinegar, drying, preserving in oil and alcohol, cold storage and lactic fermentation. Make your own teas, condiments, snacks and traditional ingredients from fresh, local food. Preserve the excess from your garden. Make favorites such as hot sauce, sauerkraut, dried fruits and posole. This is an informational program only. Registration is required.
