Intelligent Trees Documentary Screening

Intelligent Trees Documentary Screening In-Person

During our Summer Reading partnership with the Whatcom Million Trees Project, we hope that you will join us for a special screening and discussion of Intelligent Trees.

Trees talk, know family ties, and care for their young. Is this too fantastic to be true? German forester Peter Wohlleben (author of The Hidden Life of Trees) and scientist Suzanne Simard (The University of British Columbia, Canada) have been observing and investigating the communication between trees over decades. And their findings are most astounding.

Catch the documentary at home on Kanopy or join the conversation in person this June.
